ACBA Leasing offers legal entities to purchase real estate for commercial purposes starting from 8% annual interest rate, prepayment starts from 20%, and financing is made in AMD and foreign currency.

Leasing repayment term is from 12 to 120 months. There is also a possibility for VAT to be offset. In case of leasing a commercial space there is no need for additional collateral as the pledge is the property acquired by leasing.
