Get an apartment with a mortgage loan and receive a consumer loan at the same interest rate to buy household appliances or furniture worth up to AMD 3 million.

Mortgage loan (other terms under the current tariff)

Currency: AMD and USD

The term is up to 25 years

Advance payment: minimum 20%

Financing of the mortgage loan is up to 80% of the price or purchase price of a finished house or apartment.

Interest Rate:

a) in USD

During the first 3 years, starting from a fixed 8% annual interest rate

During the remaining 22 years, the Bank's current settlement rate * plus 4%, annually revised

b) in AMD

During the first 3 years, starting from a fixed 10% annual interest rate

During the remaining 22 years, the Bank's current settlement rate * plus 4%, annually revised

Note: * The Bank's settlement rate is the weighted average of interest bearing liabilities.

The total amount of monthly repayments and any other regular loan repayments should not exceed 30% of net income for USD and 40% for AMD.

Insurance of real estate and accidents is based on the loan amount.

Consumer credit (other terms under the current tariff)

Currency: AMD

The term is up to 6 years

Interest rate: AMD Mortgage Loan Rate (In case of USD mortgage loan the relevant rate will apply)

Loan amount up to AMD 3,000,000;

Provision: the loan is provided through a card

Card service is free of charge

Cash withdrawal at 0% at ATMs and cash dispensers of Byblos Bank

The offer also applies to the transfer of mortgage loans and if the borrower meets the following requirements:

• Salary, net monthly salary should be at least AMD 400,000 and transferred to Byblos Bank Armenia
• Credit history: total overdue days during the past 3 years should not exceed 30 days.
