FINCA UCO announced the launch of a new tablet-based lending system which has made the lending process considerably faster and more convenient.

Through the years, FINCA has continually upgraded its service delivery channels to enhance accessibility and customer experience.

While FINCA Armenia operates branches throughout the country, it recognizes that for some clients the need to repeatedly visit a branch might be a challenge, while the time spent waiting for loan approval might be critical. Tablet-based lending makes the whole process much more convenient as the loan officers meet clients at their home or place of business, fill in their loan application through a tablet, and provide the response in just 15 minutes. If the loan is approved, the only thing left for the client to do is to receive the money from the nearest FINCA branch.
